Does CarDiag24 replace a mechanic?
No. It provides informational guidance and cannot inspect a vehicle or confirm a diagnosis.
Can I send a photo?
Photo diagnostics are included with the Pro package, when available in the bot.
How do payments work across channels?
Website subscriptions use Stripe when enabled. Digital purchases inside Telegram use Telegram Stars; the bot shows current availability.
How does renewal work?
Website subscriptions renew monthly until canceled in the billing portal. Telegram Stars package purchases are one-time; a new purchase replaces remaining credits.
Which languages are supported?
The website is available in English, German, Spanish, Czech and Slovak. The bot currently supports English, German, Czech and Slovak.
