Uploaded images are normalized in memory for analysis and are not intentionally retained by CarDiag24 after processing; image/text inputs are sent to the AI provider to answer the request. Stripe processes website billing and Telegram processes bot use. Minimum payment and subscription records may be retained for accounting, support and legal obligations. The contact form opens your local email application and sends nothing to this website. This draft must be completed with the verified controller identity, processor details, legal bases, retention schedule and user-rights contact before public use.
